Mindbody's customer service team is…
Mindbody's customer service team is excellent. I had an hour-long conference call with Joe L, and he patiently walked me through everything I needed to do in order to transition my yoga studio to online classes during the government-mandated coronavirus shutdown. He was so calm, cheerful, and technically savvy that the whole interaction immediately put my mind at ease.

- Training period made it look so easy to use the system- user experience is a little bit complicated until we get to understand the process of each function in the system- it is a little bit hard to find how to set up some of the functionalities- Generating reports is amazing- paying full price for the system should start after the business activation - support service is outstanding
