Impressive service & support.

I have been very impressed with the products and the services offered by MindBody. Over the last few months we have been setting up their marketing tools to help with growth and sales. These tools make life simple as they do a lot of the hard work for you! The templates provided are a great help and it is straight forward and easy to work with. The support and the staff (particularly Carmelina Amore, who looks after our account) are excellent and any issues are responded to and resolved quickly.

Love the application

Love the application. Has all the functionalities we require, majority of things are straight forward. Some of the functionalities could also be simplified but found great support within the MINDBODY HELP and with our trainer.

"Mindbody is the worst platform I could have chosen for my dance studio. Period."

What do you like best? I was able to set up auto pay. This is the only attribute that we could use efficiently. To put this into context, we paid for an onboard technician who worked with us for months. Our end result was an inefficient platform that was NOT meant for a dance studio. What do you dislike? "The worst customer service - only out to nickle and dime you."

What do you like best? There was only one good thing about MindBody - the person who was permitted to train me for all of 60 minutes on their system. She was amazing, but you were not allowed to talk with her after the training unless you paid and you likely wouldn't be able to speak with the same person. 5 stars for the Mindbody staff!I have found the Mindbody software quite overwhelming and complex to get my head around; but the staff have been incredible in walking me through and easing any frustrations.Joe L helped me today, and Tai last week. I cannot recommend them highly enough! They are incredibly knowledgable, but keep their explanations simple and clear. Thank you

"Mindbody Usage for Studios"

What do you like best? Mindbody takes user feedback very seriously and is constantly updating its system to better fit our needs. Updates usually take place outside of business hours, so they do not really affect you, but the day after, the system will run you a tutorial on how to make the best out of its new update.
