Excellent service. I've had incredible support since we opened almost 3 years ago, & most importantly since March 2020 when everyone's world turned upside down.Waiting to speak with support has often been frustrating during these last months, but understandable given the circumstances.

Don't use the live streaming!!!

This is a review that matters right now (nov/Dec 2020) as I would usually give them higher marks. The streaming facility is not working, yet, and has caused us huge issues as we cannot reliably get our clients online. They are trying hard but are comparing badly to Zoom (understandable as they have a lot of time to make up BUT we are still being charged full price for software that is really just in BETA.)Pricing: too expensive despite a myriad of options. Time consuming and over complicated

We bought a studio business that was already using MindBody, it took a lot of time to learn my way around the software which in my opinion is way to complicated for our needs and I frequently have to call customer service for help. The customer service, on the other hand, is usually excellent.
