What do you like best? Works really well, very few issues, very helpful support. What do you dislike? The Outlook Plugin shows if you're signed in either with domain authentication or cloud authentication. Problem is you only need to be signed in with one. This confuses our users. We switched to Mimecast from Proofpoint and the difference between the two is night and day. Mimecast is a feature rich platform that provides everything we need to stop e-mail based threats. What do you like best? The effectiveness of the product in catching the bad stuff, and the extreme granular configuration. I have never said, "I wish Mimecast did _____".
