What do you like best about MightyCall? MightyCall allows me to keep all of my customer interactions via phone organized and in one easy to see place. I love that I can add notes beside the call so I can look back at it and recall the reason for the call. What do you dislike about MightyCall? I wish the area for the notes was a bigger area to see at a glance. It would also be great to categorize the calls and voicemails based on the type of inquiry it is. What do you like best about MightyCall? The product has the ability to call and record all calls being made by our business. What do you dislike about MightyCall? The quality of a call is sometimes less than ideal What problems is MightyCall solving and how is that benefiting you? Mightycall has integrated text message and call waiting, both are great additions.

One of the upsides of Mighty it's that allows you to have a mobile office, which means as long as you have Internet, you won't miss a call and will remain connected What do you dislike about MightyCall?
