What do you like best about MightyCall? Being able to assign voicemails to certain employees What do you dislike about MightyCall? There is no hold music unless specified. Recommendations to others considering MightyCall: I would recommend having a mini video on how to change hold music, change extensions etc What problems is MightyCall solving and how is that benefiting you? I like how I can access my dat from the web browser or mobile app, it also does a hood job of handling both my individual line, and the company's public sales line. What do you like best about MightyCall? I can have multiple lines for my business and have a specific voicemail for each line What do you dislike about MightyCall? PROS: MightyCall matches the needs of our company well. It can be set up easily and is very user-friendly and cost-efficient. It equips us with tools for transferring calls and communicating with each other. CONS: I am satisfied with this app and have no complaints so far.

"Budget Business Phone Service in Which You Get What You Pay For"
What do you like best about MightyCall? MightyCall allows for easy access to a business phone line. While most business phone options are priced per user I do like that MightyCall gives you unlimited users and minutes. It is a very good value for a somewhat basic phone and text service.
