horrible support
for the second time, I created an account the platform was very confusing and I was trying to get support and waited and waited and no one ever helped so I closed my account 2 months later I decided to give it a try again and the same thing is confusing and can't find any support so it is not for me am sure there are other companies out there that will have what I need

Bad set up - they'll waste your time every month
We use Mighty Networks for our training platform. I've left a review previously about the challenges we've had. Here's a new thing to add to it: Every month, as the billing contact (but not the person on my team who manages the Craft) I get an email saying they've charged us. But they don't send me the invoice. I've asked them repeatedly to send us the invoice instead of just notifying us that we've been charged. They refuse. Instead they ask me to login to their platform, click on five ...

Customer for 3+ years ...
MightyNetworks has been a cost effective and reliable platform to host our community. Their customer service is responsive and the MN platform is simple for our new members to quickly onboard themselves. We look forward to a continued relationship.

"Great group platform, but recent changes not so great"
What do you like best about Mighty Networks? I'm reviewing this as a user not an admin. I love how simple it is! It's easy to navigate and create organized groups and events. Staying in touch with a specified group is very easy.

"Love the groups and topics which works well for my Course communities."
What do you like best about Mighty Networks? I can have different groups for each course. Members can view a feed (like facebook) which is useful if they're in more than one course.
