What do you like best? My favourite aspect of Microsoft's Visio software is the various levels of complexity achievable. For example, not only can it be used as a very basic flow chart to explore the inter-dependencies of a set of processes, but this can be expanded and built on to include allocation of resources, cost, people and risk.
