What do you like best? Visio has great list of stencils to work with. Page layouts, color schemes, shapes and connectors are easily configurable. For advanced users there are more enterprise features like reverse engineering of databases etc. Current integration into Office 365 makes things very easy to view and do basic edits in the browser.
