"DOES NOT ALLOW FOR MULI-PERSON COLLABORATION"

What do you like best about Microsoft Publisher? It allows for me to create large booklets and easily print the document in multiple ways for others to review a physical copy. What do you dislike about Microsoft Publisher? I can't stress enough how much I dislike that PUBLISHER DOES NOT ALLOW FOR EASY COLLABORATION OF DOCUMENTS, EVEN WHEN THE FILE IS SAVED TO ONEDRIVE, ONLY 1 PERSON CAN WORK ON IT AT A TIME! grrrrrrrr What problems is Microsoft Publisher solving and how is that benefiting ...

"AN EASY WAY TO EDIT AND PUBLISH"

What do you like best about Microsoft Publisher? It is user-friendly software. The templates are great and of many varieties. We can easily insert texts and images, and links to design our publication. I also quickly taught the employees how to use this application for business productivity. What do you dislike about Microsoft Publisher? It needs to implement some more updates, and it is the beginner software to use. It can provide more options and more blank templates. It is a bit ...

"Great tool for creating brochures and ebooks"

What do you like best about Microsoft Publisher? Microsoft Publisher is an excellent tool for creating brochures or ebooks. I like that it's intuitive, mainly if you are already accustomed to Microsoft office products such as Word and Powerpoint. It comes with numerous templates that cover the most common topics: birthdays, menus, calendars, flyers etc. You can easily insert texts and images. As mentioned, all other functionalities are similar to the ones you find with Microsoft office ...

"Not Industry Standard"

What do you like best about Microsoft Publisher? It gives PC users the ability to work in a more fluid way to lay out pages of content without needing anything other than MS Office. What do you dislike about Microsoft Publisher? It only works for PCs and is definitely not industry standard. If you plan on working with a "real" designer at any point, please don't make layouts in this software expecting them to be able to continue your work in Publisher. Most likely, the designer has to ...

"Decent document publishing tool, but there are better options"

What do you like best about Microsoft Publisher? Publisher is built-in to Windows machines, so almost everyone can use it. With some practice, you can create just about any type of document you need. What do you dislike about Microsoft Publisher? There seem to be challenges with the actual amount of freedom you get with Publisher. There are constraints placed on what you can do, and I'm not sure why they're there. What problems is Microsoft Publisher solving and how is that benefiting ...

"Publisher - A lifesaver"

What do you like best about Microsoft Publisher? MS Publisher is a program that is so much easier to use than web-based programs similar. I have attempted to use a variety of other programs in hopes of not having to purchase the software, but bit the bullet and paid for it, because, let's face it, the program is just more user-friendly. The ability to manipulate items is easier in Publisher, along with a slew of other things! What do you dislike about Microsoft Publisher? Honestly, the only ...

"Good for its niche."

What do you like best about Microsoft Publisher? Publisher allows for formatting control in a long document in a way that's unparalleled by the other Microsoft tools. What do you dislike about Microsoft Publisher? As with any software, there are sometimes weird bugs that are unexplainable (to the lay person). What problems is Microsoft Publisher solving and how is that benefiting you? We built our organization's training workbook in Publisher; a huge job! The tool did what we needed and ...
