What do you like best about Microsoft Publisher? It's really easy and quick to use. I use it all the time to send small birthday reminders to all engineers in my team and event invitations. They know that it takes only one minute to create the postcard but what's important is that I took the time to make them feel appreciated with more than plain text. What do you like best about Microsoft Publisher? It's the best tool I have found so far for those little details that define a customer relationship.
