What do you like best? Easy to use, i think in projet management it's very useful manage a tool like Microsoft project What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like how all Microsoft programs are similar. I was able to learn this program easier than most because of the features in others Microsoft programs. What do you dislike? I wish it would allow let me do some additional editing. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? As a project Manager, Microsoft Projects helps me to better monitor my exact progress with my projects. There are a host of features that tracks each area of the project. What do you dislike? I do not dislike anything about this product. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Microsoft Project and Portfolio Management increases productivity and performance once used correctly as it requires a level of discipline.

It is often the only option available with clients

What do you like best? The ability to convert a Project file to Excel for use by staff who do not have Project available. It is a format that most people are familiar with. What do you dislike? I hate that I cannot open more than one project at a time. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Managing individual tasks. Resource allocation.

Haven't seen a better product for Project Planning

What do you like best? Ease of planning, tracking, budget and projection. Ideal tool for high level, mid level and low level project planning. Staffing allocation and budget planning. What do you dislike? Nothing really. love everything about this product. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Project planning - this is a one shop stop to use the same planning for the management level and as well as the Dev team members.
