Project management at its best
What do you like best? I can evaluate my project using gantt chart as well as network diagrams with this. The featured I loved the most was adding the resources and doing the crashing. Better than using Excel for your projects!!
What do you like best? I like the Gantt chart feature and how flexible it is to meet your needs as well as other executives especially from the client side who have changing needs throughout the project lifecycle What do you dislike? The Standard Project Management Tool - Not the newest but the standard
What do you like best? Works as intended, powerful enough to do almost anything yet easy enough to set up small projects on the fly. Easy to import and export data to other Microsoft or non microsoft packages as needed. What do you like best? Tracks all my project task with easy and could mark as completed. What do you dislike? I haven't used it enough to dislike anything yet. Recommendations to others considering the product I have not used enough to recommend. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Overall Microsoft Project & Portfolio Management is a great tool to manage time sensitive projects.
What do you like best? The best part of this tool as compared to any other similar tools in my opinion is the ease of use and user friendly interface. There were a few people in my team who did not know how to use it but I was impressed with how quickly and easy it was for everyone to learn and start using it. What do you like best? It is good for beginners in the area of project management or researchers, operates on windows with the same office design but is not included in the office package.
