Project is the only tool I have ever used for managing tasks, linkages, resources, and projects
What do you like best? I like that tasks can be linked to show interdependencies, the ability to view the critical path at any time, and the Gantt output. What do you dislike? When using Project to manage smaller projects, the inability to create tasks without Project attempting to automate them can get annoying. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Realizing linkages and critical paths

Perhaps it is how we have used MS Project in the past, but it seems management of the schedule in Project becomes a project unto itself, but really doesn't drive the correct behaviors to best manage a project. Recommendations to others considering the product I would strongly recommend using something less complex for smaller projects as it is ...

Great tool to manage projects
What do you like best? I like the way we can manage the task of a project, the resources, how to track the projects and see what is next. Another thing I like most is the bars that it shows with a calendar showing you what's next. How you can add task to a project, that you can establish a percent of finish on an specific project, so I like everything about it. What do you dislike? Don't really know what I dislike. I like everything of it. One thing I sometimes don't like is that I ...
