The best project management tool - it's the whole package
What do you like best? MS Project can be scaled to any size project and can output any type of representation or diorama needed for clients, executives, or other stakeholders. It's a universally recognized application and thus, makes it is easy to collaborate with others and share information. What do you dislike? It is a complex tool and not entirely intuitive. This is not the application that one can just 'figure out' with use and practice. Without instruction or guidance of some ...

Previous user of Microsoft Project
What do you like best? I liked that there was a Gantt chart view and that it was more of a planning tool rather than a team communication tool. It allowed each team member to create a project and plan out each item/deliverable and chart the due dates. What do you dislike? I didn't like that it didn't let me easily message and assign pieces of a project to other team members. I could put in that certain team members were responsible, but I couldn't talk when the in real time, assign ...
