Using Microsoft project to schedule and monitor Engineering deparment tasks for various projects.

What do you like best? Really useful for scheduling and resource workload control. With this tool I am able to assign individual tasks to my resources available making sure I am not overloading an specific resource and that I am not leaving anyone unassigned or with a low workload. Sometimes that vast amount of tools can be too much and you are unable to find and learn it all. Recommendations to others considering the product Take the trial version and watch how to videos.
