Great for Tasks, not for Resources
What do you like best? MS Project is great for creating and tracking tasks related to a prject. What do you dislike? The amount of effort that is required to set up Resources and track Resources is cumbersome and time consuming. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Tracking complex projects - ability to see progress and see the relationships between tasks is very helpful for tracking progress

What do you like best? Easy to use. You get resource availability, work schedule, skills everything with the software. It's sort of new to us so we are still on the learning curve but it seems really good. I'd recommend it to any company who has theses needs. What do you dislike? It crashes too often. Using MS Project in Higher Ed
What do you like best? Allows the user(s to trace detailed information and track project progress effectively. Provides a snapshot and critical items as well as responsibilities and and tasks to be tracked effectively. What do you dislike? Difficult to get people to use because it appears bulky and hard to maintain for the novice project manager.
