One of the best I have used. Makes Life easy.
What do you like best? Ability to create dependent and independent tasks and add resources to it. What do you dislike? Has a few glitches which can be painful to correct. Learning curve is big. What do you like best? Its hard for me to describe what I like best, because it keeps changing, when I learn about a feature that I wasn't fully aware of. So, today, I like the ability to resize the gantt reports to fixed dates. Last week, I liked the extended reporting, and so on. Awesome for PERT Charts!
What do you like best? I love that it has a very familiar look and feel. It integrates well with other Microsoft products and it has a powerful and flexible user interface. What do you dislike? Microsoft Project - One of the best Project Management Software
What do you like best? Scheduling the project to the minute details is much easier. The Work Break Down Structure which is actually very taxing in my field has been made so easy. I like the way the Gantt Chart is used and how tasks are divided into sub tasks easily and how floats are easily visible for project crashing.
