It saves us a lot of time
What do you like best? We already have many predefined templates that we can use, reuse, and perfect as needed. It's as easy as picking a Gantt chart and filling in the dates, resources working on the project, and creating or deleting new tasks as needed. I can do this in Project in around 20 minutes for any project and compared to excel that takes at least 3 times as much it's a great time-saver, especially when editing the dates and updating the expectations as the projects mature. ...

Microsoft Project enables you to keep track of resources (e.g., time, labor, etc).
What do you like best? In one application, Microsoft Project allows you to keep track of resources (e.g., time, labor, etc.) as you complete your project. It does this through GANTT charts and other various means. You can see who is assigned to what tasks, how much time he/she has to complete the tasks, etc. on a single page. What do you dislike? What do you like best? You can create a schedule that's as detailed as you want it, or as simple as you want it. Easily customizable. Can use templates, as well.
