I have used many online form or questionnaire on many other platforms but after opting for 365 subscription, I got to know about this and I am amble to make those with very minimum time, I think the users with limited technical expertise can also use it, that too with the integration with Microsoft 365.

What do you like best about Microsoft Forms? It’s a very nice application by Microsoft which you can use to take surveys and feedbacks and collect ideas of your users. It is not very technical to operate so it is easily understandable and can be operated by non-technical persons as well like HRs and non-technical admins.
