My job would be hell without Excel

What do you like best? Actionable metrics and quantifiable goals are measured with a very clear set of rules so after gathering the data a quick macro calculates most of the things I need and modifying or creating a new macro can be done easily without the need to code and that's amazing since I'm simply not made to be a programmer.
