Some nice features for managers, lots of frustrations for users
What do you like best? Flexibility in implementation. Lots of options for customization. What do you dislike? Everything opens as separate browser windows except for where it would be helpful. Hard to see history data as you enter new data (since this does not open as a separate window). Notifications expire after 24 hours, so you miss things that come in over the week end. No way to filter for certain fields (the ones you can are not very useful). Recommendations to others ...

Nothing Flashy but very useful
What do you like best? Very straight forward and easy to use. Accessibility is top notch, so easy a caveman could use it. I had no formal training before being told to start using MSX. What do you dislike? It can get very laggy at times. Sometimes text you thought you were inputting just magically disappears. Recommendations to others considering the product: Understand that this program is simple yet intuitive. It has obviously been very refined and it makes for a polished ...

Good program if you know what info to put in
What do you like best? I like being able to toggle easily and quickly between Account, Contact, and Opportunity. I also like being able to filter by the Phase (Qualify, Develop, Proposed Awaiting Award, etc.) Also being able to run a report to quickly see what we have out there on the table for financial & directors' meetings is a useful tool. Being able to quickly click on the letter of the alphabet to pick an account or project is super helpful for quick access. I can see ...

Proper Relational Database for Customer Relationship Management
What do you like best? Good UX; easy to customize; constant updates; good Add-ins What do you dislike? What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Ensuring we track our customer interactions to ensure we're giving value to our members
