The most impressive thing about it is that it helps me in keeping us focused on the specific tasks and also keep them well organized. The customization dashboard seems to be grateful enough. What do you like best? it is formerly dynamics CRM, now they just innovate it and it works very well What do you dislike? What do you like best? Very little, possibly the PURCHASE ORDER MANAGEMENT FEATURE, IT IS QUITE USER-FRIENDLY AND GETS THE TASK DONE AND DONE RIGHT. What do you dislike? Inventory can be a little bit confusing, not sure where to start If I left off. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Solving work orders and processing POs but not as many benefits as I would have liked.

What do you like best? it is a great tool used as a customer data base What do you dislike? could be because our company has not utilized this yet, but it is not connected to Microsoft outlook and therefore meetings, calls, emails etc are not automatically uploaded to the CRM.
