What do you like best? Dynamics solution with Outlook is a seamless integration What do you dislike? Almost everything, it's not bad but compared to using Salesforce it's not as flexible. What do you like best? You can customize Dymanics to fit any business. Using Power Apps, reports and dashboards are easy to build. Best part is storing all customer data, including proposals, sales, contact(s), social media links, call reports, and company information like # of employees, revenue, locations, etc. Admins for the site can assign tasks and marketing can populate lead information directly into a user's inbox.
