Effectiveness of MD 365 Sales
What do you like best? When i use the program it is very simple and in turn helps myself build a stronger base over all for my costumers along with closing my sales faster What do you dislike? What i dont like is how diverse it can be and used for more than one action. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Im able to run my schedule much faster and finding delays much quicker.

Easy to use
What do you like best? Notes, tasks updates and general sales use day to day I was a full user of this system, meaning day to day i.e. making calls and emails chasing orders etc. and then moved into management. What i can say is when i was using it for basic sales it was very easy and finctional for what i needed to use it for. What do you dislike? Best Marketing and Sales Management Tool
What do you like best? I like how easy to use the interface, you can establish your own home screen view points that are useful to pull out specialist findings. The CRM becomes extremely intuitive and takes relatively little instruction. What do you like best? Partner and distributor tracking to make the most of the channel and partner relationships. What do you dislike? UI is a little complicated for first time CRM users. What do you like best? Intuitive, easy to use, lacks on detail
What do you like best? I like how the interface is very easy to use, you can create your own dashboard views which are helpful for pulling specialized reports. The CRM is very intuitive and requires minimal training. Part of the Microsoft Stack, but there are other CRMs out there
What do you like best? I liked that it was a part of the rest of the Microsoft enterprise offering. What do you dislike? The overall usability and implementation of the CRM was difficult to get other onboarded and organize contact information.
