Very Simple to use and amazing support.

What do you like best? Seamless Integration..The field service module is amazing. What do you dislike? The interface has a lag sometimes.There are many tabs which may confuse the new users. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Planning and financial planning is pretty awesome. Account Management is also undoubtedly the best.

A very complete, robust solution for sales

What do you like best? Dynamics has been evolving and incorporating new features regarding sales area. What I like best is social selling with LinkedIn sales navigator, which is very useful to reps. Another plus is offering integrations with contact center providers like Collab OneAgent within the CRM interface. That is useful for outbound efforts and avoids swapping between platforms. What do you like best? Easy fetch data using fetch xml, which gets downloaded as file What do you dislike? we have change name of xlsx reports generated. What do you like best? Dynamics captures all phases of the sales process. What do you dislike? It is very comprehensive and a challenge to understand what comes out of it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Dynamics helps me capture everything that goes on with a prospect once it becomes sales qualified. It saves me time.
