Probably not fair to judge it too harshly since we had a VERY basic implementation of it. Recommendations to others considering the product: DON"T DO IT!!!! What problems ...

What do you like best? The tool has all of the necessary data objects to track sales leads, contacts, and quotes. It also provides a very strong configuration tool in PowerApps which allow you to extend the platform to many other areas of your company. What do you dislike? While it is highly configurable, the new unified interface from Microsoft has some limitations that they still need to release more updates to remedy. In time, this should get better. There are also some limitations ...
