What do you like best? how comprehensive and easy to navigate the interface is. What do you dislike? data deletes itself , inconsistency, although the program is comprehensive its a painful experience learning and operating What problems are you solving with the product? a cloud-based ERP and CRM enterprise system; good!
What do you like best? It is cloud-based and user friendly system What do you dislike? The interface is not that precise as their other products Recommendations to others considering the product: A good tutorial is necessary if you want to have the fully use of Microsoft Dynamixs 365 for sales. Otherwise, it is kind of hard to get start. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We can use it for work collaboration very well.

Limited abilities
What do you like best? Holds our leads and deals. I use reports to extract and filter data to identify lead statuses What do you dislike? Very limited when it comes to marketing or email campaigns. Streamlined application.
What do you like best? Microsoft D365fS is a wonderfully dynamic software with a user friendly interface, which presumably is why it's so comprehensive in its ability to adapt for a multitude of sales uses. Lots of glitches but gets the job done
What do you like best? It allows for plenty of changes and is very customizable What do you dislike? Glitches often pop up with no explanation and it’s extremely slow What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Database tracking. Really helpful to track emails.
