Sometimes frustrating but extremely useful

What do you like best? I think the ability to do several different things were helpful. I used the software for student admissions and it was helpful to filter students based on acceptance and sort them in a way that would allow me to send custom emails to them. What do you like best? Good functionality overall with very quick drill down into figures. What do you dislike? Difficult to get started with it not being very intuitive Recommendations to others considering the product: Invest in training What problems are you solving with the product? Difficult to use, poor user design

What do you like best? Stores all the information for clients/members. Reports provide necessary info. What do you dislike? Everything else. You cannot access all of the client's info in one space and the user design is not intuitive to new users. Reports are difficult to generate. What do you like best? This tool is basically a customer relationship tool. The best part is it is cloud-based. You can integrate this with other Microsoft tools as well.
