Unless your data is pristine...RUN
What do you like best? It’s honestly hard to think of something I like best... What do you dislike? Everything. It’s wonky, the UI is outdated and the least intuitive experience. Reporting is HORRIBLE. Stages are confusing. It’s so slow too. Recommendations to others considering the product: Go to Salesforce. Don’t go to Dynamics. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It’s created more problems than it has solved. I miss ...

Dynamics 365 for Sales is an Amazing Platform
What do you like best? Dynamics 365 for sales is an amazing product. I like how I’m able to track my leads and converting them to opportunities once I’ve gather enough information on the lead. I also like how I can drill into dashboards and report in Dynamics 365 for sales to keep track of things. What do you dislike? If I had to really choose something that i dislike about the product I would have to say that I’m not fan of the form layout. Microsoft has released the newer version ...

It can be hard to find on my desktop and when searching for it you need to type so much before you actually find the program. Recommendations to others considering the product: I ...

Dynamics 365 is powerful
What do you like best? Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales (formerly Dynamics CRM) is a very powerful customer relationship management tool, and what I like about it the most is the ability to install aditional plugins/extensions. For example, we used this in a commercial real estate sector, so we added an extension for properties. Those properties linked to certain client accounts, and we could even put units in the properties and link it with other clients. What do you dislike? The ...

Better than SalesForce
What do you like best? Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales is an enterprise CRM system designed to run a mobile salesforce. It offers complete integration to Outlook and Dynamics 365 ERP, Excel, Word making it easy to use and familiar for most users. I especially enjoy the new teams integration which combines Skype, one note, SharePoint, LinkedIn and Power BI. My inbox is now all customer facing, eliminating what was 200 or 300 internal chat emails per day from my team. The dashboard ...

Microsoft Dynamics 365
What do you like best? Microsoft had always been up to giving the most efficient settings, accessible and catchy style of icons. What do you dislike? Microsoft Dynamics has this a hassle for me when I try to use it. Recommendations to others considering the product: Have the testing or trial period for like a day or two to have more familiarization and shortcuts should always be on your priority. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you ...
