Helpful but not always user friendly

What do you like best? Everything can be found in one place. Whether its sales, customer service or retention, we can all operate out of one software. What do you dislike? SO MANY BUGS. Lag can also get very bad, we find that there are company wide CRM issues at least daily that hinder one or more job functions. Dynamics CRM is OK if can't afford SalesForce

What do you like best? The reporting is useful once you customize it a bit, What do you dislike? Learning curve was steep, but that may be my corp's install version of CRM. Recommendations to others considering the product: watch the training videos every week for a month What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Sales forecasting and bookings, tracking Accounts Receivables, and reviewing sales history.

What do you like best? Things are pretty easy to find and navigate. You can build dashboards to have a lot all in one place. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like the integration of several different programs in 365, especially with Dynamics. Dynamics makes it easy to track documents and correspondence with coworkers and clients. What do you like best? Microsoft dynamic crm is simple to use , easy to learm, well coordinated and inexpensive. What do you dislike? It is a bit slow when executing large querries. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Connecting emails calendars as it syncs with outlook, it has social listening tools that allows the user to know what his contacts are tweeting about.
