It does the job but not user friendly
What do you like best? It houses all our information and for the most part can find what I need. It is complicated to find certain information and run reports, but I am not CRM expert. What do you dislike? It is not very user friendly. Seems to be complicated at sometimes just to find easy information. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Storing all our information and keeping us organized. It's a good tool to keep all sales records.
