Extensive capabilities
What do you like best? Having used this for a few years, the was a bit of hesitation at first. Once all employees got used to using the system, the tracking and follow up opportunities were endless. Integration from our old system was a little trying but we got it done! Duplicate contact/lead resolution is pretty easy. All in all, once we got used to using it, was quite awesome! What do you dislike? There is a learning curve. Older systems can be difficult to integrate. ...

Dynamics 365 My 2 Cents
What do you like best? I used Microsoft Dynamics 365 for 2 Years. Overall any crm works great once you customize it for your business. We spent about $75K and 6 months to get it working for our company like we wanted it. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you are planning to use ...

Basic entry level CRM program
What do you like best? Simple interface, maybe too simple; tie ins to other platforms requires lots of customization. Could use some more "bells and whistles". But overall a great entry level basic CRM especially for any company that doesn't already have a CRM solution. What do you dislike? A bit clunky. Look and feel is dated. Mobile application could be improved too. Again, basic layout and structure is good for many companies as a starting point. Recommendations to others ...

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I can quickly upload a list of skus and quantities and have a quote created.

Great Product!
What do you like best? I am able to have everything synced up. As long as everything is updated Outlook works the best with all of the other products for one price. What do you dislike? Nothing much to dislike. Very useful and helpful when it comes to doing a lot of tasks at once and staying organized. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Time Management, Task prioritization
