an extremely intricate CRM which allows you to build and customise..somewhat easily!

What do you like best? I love the fact you can teak things in the workflows, layout, adapt and change the whole look of the CRM in the matter of minutes / clever workflows and auto processes. neat organised view.. What do you like best? I liked the CRM user interface that allows to you to complete sales with ease and simplicity to avoid any trouble at completion. What do you dislike? There is not much I dislike about the platform, it is very efficient and effective. However, nothing is perfect and there is always room for improvement. What do you like best? Integration with email, calendar, LinkedIn, ubiquity across other platforms and devices. What do you dislike? It is slow, consistently, and not very intuitive. Always feels like you should be able to do more with it than you are able to. Integrations often cause issues (Dynamics crashes outlook, for example). Looks like an old MSFT product.
