Good database software

What do you like best? Really enjoyed using Microsoft teams. Very easy and logical to use. You can also customise it, which is great. What do you dislike? Support would sometimes take quite a while to get through to. Recommendations to others considering the product: Easy to use What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? It enables users to build and track relationships with their customers, get in-depth insight, generate leads in sales and support What do you dislike? The cost and licensing document for Dynamics 365 will take requires more time to understand and estimation is pretty high. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It helps me to find small business sources to experience and establish it with my colleagues.

What do you like best? Microsoft Dynamics is a very basic CRM tool, it's probably the most junior out of all of the CRM systems I have used. It's great for storing contact info, pipeline info, and doing ROI reports. What do you dislike? The visual aesthetic of the software looks very outdated, it needs a re-fresh. What do you like best? Dynamics is available in the 365 suite, and will tie into you Azure AD if needed. What do you dislike? No ease of use. Set up can be pretty convoluted.
