What do you like best? Easier tool to manage especially when getting all databases. What do you dislike? Quarterly change of password that gives me difficulty on remembering it. Also, I find it absurd coz by the year ends, you’ll see some people making a habit of writing their passwords on the memo pads on their desk for the sake of not forgetting it all over again. Dynamics CRM has been a great tool however I feel to get the best experience out of it you either need to have a skilled CRM consultant on standby or have a team of CRM experts to be able to make changes to the system.
