MHelpDesk is a helpful tool for scheduling and tracking technicians.
What do you like best? mHelpDesk provides an easy way to track all the many jobs and provides an useful calendar for scheduling. What do you dislike? What do you like best? contact, scheduling, communication, billing, and everything in between. What do you dislike? I honestly don't have any complaints about it. It does its job. Would not reccomended.
What do you like best? The software is not too bad of a starter software. What do you dislike? Not helpful and nearly impossible to navigate. I actually had to do a Google search on "how to cancel mHelpDesk subscription" in order to figure anything out. This tool does not offer anything that most small business owners don't already have. mHelpDesk provides a smooth way to schedule technicians
What do you like best? The map in mHelpDesk gives us an easy way to see the jobs and color codes the jobs. The calendar allows us to see where each tech has been and where he is scheduled to go. What do you dislike? It would be helpful to be able to upload Excel spreadsheets.
