We have been using this crm for almost a year now and it just has way too many issues that instead of helping us run a better business is creating problems for us. The schedule is impossible to read and see when some one is available maybe is we have too many employees idk. When you schedule an all day job with their "all day" job feature it gives them 12am to 12pm times instead of our hours of operation which are marked on the settings. It makes absolutely no sense. What do you like best? The ease of submitting tickets. How mostly I get an answer quickly. What do you dislike? When I don't get a reply on my ticket. Sometimes I need to submit twice. Recommendations to others considering the product: Keep at it! It's really great. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Everyday work issues that I need answered quickly.

Help desk is very helpful at crucial times

What do you like best? They are very responsive and solve issues quickly. I’ve dealt with them multiple times working in my clinic. And the agents are very friendly and compassionate. What do you like best? mHelpDesk makes it easy for multiple employees to enter work orders at the same time, so everyone is on the same page. It is helpful to have one tool that allows us to enter work order and schedule with maps & calendars. What do you dislike? mHelpDesk has really made keeping track…

mHelpDesk has really made keeping track of jobs and assign jobs to maintenance technicians an easy process. No more paper unless someone requests it. They customized my form and make changes for me with the click of a button. Sorting thru jobs to look for recurring calls and track problems is easy too.
