Help with Template

Called this morning with an issue I created trying to adjust my invoice template. I was really stressed cause I had a bunch of invoices to create. I called mhelpdesk this morning and within an hour they had me back up and running. Awesome customer service. Highly recommend them.

Great tool

Their are a lot of choices for field service software out there. I tried out a bunch, this one was the best. It allows me to manage my business and easily stay on top of what work needs to be done,has been done and needs to be paid still.The pro's - Wicked easy platform, I literally started using it with no training, it works for a big fleet or small and everything in between. Its universal so it doesn't matter if you are a p.c repair business or florist, it will work for you. You can ...

Happy@Mhelpdesk truly makes me Happy

I can't give 5 stars until I see how the software actually works, but I can give 5 stars to the helpdesk support staff. We had someone to leave our company and the responsibility for MHelpdesk fell on untrained shoulders. This is brand new to us, we never worked with it before, so we need lots of help and training. ISSUE RESOLVED!!

IT TOOK A LITTLE BIT, BUT THE HAPPINESS TEAM CAME THROUGH IN A BIG WAY TODAY!! THE AUTO RULES TOOK A LOT TO GO THROUGH BUT THEY DID GET THE ISSUE RESOLVED WHICH WAS A RELATIVELY EASY FIX FOR ME ONCE THEY FOUND IT. THE ATTACHED SCREEN SHOT HOWEVER, WAS NOT ATTACHED TO THE EMAIL SO THEREFORE ONLY 4 STARS. THE DIRECTIONS WERE CLEAR AND CONCISE SO LED ME TO AN EASY RESOLUTION TO MY ISSUE.

Reps are great!

The Reps are great. We still have issues with errors, etc so the Development / Engineering team need improvement. But the Customer Service Reps are always as helpful as they can be.
