Easy to use & great customer service

I had originally tried working with Fleetmatics and learned that their program was not all I was told it would be. I also found that navigating through the site and using the mobile app did not make work easier but only harder. I then decided to switch to mHelpDesk. I have had nothing but a great experience. Perfect solution and excellent staff

Being a service oriented company, it was hard to find a CRM that had the strength to help each of our departments. Big promises - left out to dry once the free evaluation time expired

Unfortunately for us it was a typical sales pitch that promised the world, but delivered nothing. We even paid a handsome sum for customization, but after four months of testing and missed deadline on Mhelpdesk part we decided to stay with the old software we still use today (BlueFolder). We liked the interface and the look, but it was all smoke and mirrors. There was no effort on the development team to make things right at all, and we felt like they just didn't care. mHelpDesk is amazing - especially Veronica

mHelpDesk is an awesome system for anyone trying to organize their workflow. Veronica was terrific to work with. She was able to customize everything that we needed and she came up with a solution for any issue that we encountered. I highly recommend mHelpDesk to every company out there!

Exceptional Service!

Great Product!

What do you like best? This product is very user friendly. Everybody on there staff was easy to work with and made a very strong effort to make sure I was happy and everything was implemented correctly. What do you dislike? There really is nothing I dislike.
