What do you like best? Easy to contact tech support when equipment goes out What do you dislike? Sometimes responses are slow. i could submit ticket at 10 am and confirmation not come til 1 pm What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Helpful and easy

What do you like best? This program has been nothing short of wonderful from day one. It has helped our small business stay organized and productive. The staff and tech support are great to work with. Any questions we have had have been answered quickly and politely. I would recommend this software to any business owner. What do you dislike?
