Slowly improving but frustrating nonetheless

What do you like best? It seems as if they are working to improve their software and CS, albeit too slowly to stay with their company. What do you dislike? They browser software is not intuitive. The integration with QuickBooks is poor. I have been using mHelpDesk for over 2 years now. I'm happy to say this program has been effective.

What do you like best? Our number one issue in the department of IT is communication between the help desk and the IT support group. This program allows us to communicate quickly and efficiently between one another. What do you dislike? The amount of emails I receive from the website daily. What do you like best? It is quick and easy to use. Very User-Friendly and great for personalization. What do you dislike? Sometimes setting up the platform can be quite tedious.
