Poor business practices

After spending hours of my time setting everything up, I discovered it didn’t have the reporting capabilities I needed for my business. I was then told they would investigate how they could figure out a workaround. I’m assuming they couldn’t since the next contact was from a different rep to cancel my service. Do not trust or use this company!!!

Do not trust or use this company!!!We've recently subscribed to MHelpdesk for field software after a trial with them. With the upcoming GDPR regulations coming in across Europe, we specifically asked them if the software will be GDPR compliant prior to purchasing for obvious reasons as it would affect all their European customers.
