What do you like best? I am able to filter out a list of customers that live in a certain region to send a reminder email or reminder cards and easy scheduling. mHelpDesk gives you complete visiblity over who’s working on what and what’s getting done.mHelpDesk’s data protection software What do you dislike? Basic system. Great for those just starting out.

Customer service responds quickly and they are very pleasant. Beyond that there are issues. Useful features that do work are changed or eliminated with out any notice so things will just randomly stop working as they had been. Super frustrating! That prompts you to take time to reach out which garners the usual response of "we made changes, so sorry". I've been offering up feed back for a year on this product. I never receive any feedback other than a canned email. Things that we would like ...

Great tool for contractors

What do you like best? That a whole team can use it to evaluate a job from different work sites. What do you dislike? I think it could be better at setting up for particular job types with templates. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? It is the best field service manager money can buy, I'm telling you. Its user-friendly interface makes us all happy to have the product, and we’re investing significant efforts to implement every update as it comes. Overall, it made our job much more efficient.
