MHelpdesk made easy!

What do you like best? What I like best is that the mhelpdesk features does a lot of the heavy work for me as an employee. Super helpful for client to customer relations

What do you like best? It was super easy to fine info needed for customers, this was used as a support too and billing tool. What do you dislike? At times the load times were really long. Worst decision we made!

We expected so much more from mHelpDesk based on the initial customer service experience. The number of issues once we were using the software were unacceptable and our overall impression of mHelpDesk quickly went from "We love this!" to "The WORST DECISION we made!!"

Top drawer sales and training

The sales process was handled by Dominic who listened very attentively and recognized that I don't purchase based on "fire sale" sales methods. He was an excellent sales person. Selena was extremely qualified in our initial training on use of the software. She knows the product, was patient and very easy to understand. As a technodummy, I finished the call and understood everything I had just heard. That's a good trainer.

What do you like best? I love that this helps me automate everything from customer contact, customer management, quoting, invoicing clients, billing clients and reporting any issues or positives. You may not need it, but your stressed mind does.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I adore the easiness of entering data into this system, the same as the simplified navigation. Prior to discovering MHelpDesk, my techs would send their tickets to the managers, who spent hours entering each separately, and sent them to the accountants who had to transfer the data to QuickBooks. I feel so relieved!

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Starting up a personal business brought more responsibilities than I expected-all of a sudden, I had to deal with tones of invoices, bills, job tickets, and scheduling, and I felt completely lost doing all of those by hand.
