Easy to use, could use more functionality

It’s brilliant for appointment management
What do you like best? Great for managing your desk Easy to navigate iOS compatible What do you dislike? No nonsense always reliable service
What do you like best? Someone is always there to answer your call and help you out. Always get a resolution to my concern in a timely manner. Very reliable service. What do you dislike? There are very few things i dislike about this product but I don't love that there is such a disconnect between the user. What do you like best? Very easy to use. Requests go through easily. What do you dislike? I’ve not found anything that I disallow about MHD. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It’s so easy to use Help desk! Requests go through quickly and it’s very simple.

What do you like best? I like being able to get help and support in a systematic and efficient manner. What do you dislike? I don't like how the requests often default to specific settings. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are most efficient with our requests for services and goods.

What do you like best? HelpDesk is pretty easy to navigate and gets the job done quickly. What do you dislike? Sometimes the apps on the side take a minute to load up. Recommendations to others considering the product: Not sure What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I can clearly communicate with my customers and apply their missing credit to their account.

What do you like best? I like that its already programmed to work for me. The training was short and easy What do you dislike? I dislike it because Its program cant be changed unless a person changes it. No automatic updates. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Refunds and complaints. The benefit is that its fool proof.
