mHelpdesk is the most powerful software solution for field service business.

What do you like best? mHelpDesk features a very well designed layout which makes it very easy to locate your files and items. It is very easy to learn and use. This product is a game changer

This product is a game changer. We started using mHelpDesk about 6 months ago and I haven't had a headache since. It has literally made work 10x easier. The program is user friendly. The support staff is top notch. Questions are answered almost immediately. They are super helpful and hands on when needed. And the mapping tool pretty much makes me want to cry tears of joy. I would highly recommend this product to anyone in the service industry.

What do you like best? mHelpDesk gives the consumer the best customer support software around. The software is very easy to use as well. Customers have a one-one- hands on experience with the software. You don't have to be very computer literate to use the software either. The level of security encryption is very secure. Good experience with this mHelpdesk

What do you like best? I like that i can chat with the help desk and they are able to work with me remotely and i don’t have to make a phone call. I can solve everything through my PC. What do you dislike? Sometimes they take their time to do things that needs to be resolved asap. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Computer issues with some softwares and apps i use at my work. After talking to the help desk they were able to fix most of my issues
