PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? It’s been extremely advantageous for us to have one platform to store our entire database. You may not need it, but your stressed mind does.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I adore the easiness of entering data into this system, the same as the simplified navigation. Prior to discovering MHelpDesk, my techs would send their tickets to the managers, who spent hours entering each separately, and sent them to the accountants who had to transfer the data to QuickBooks.
