"Excellent way to send a fax!"
What do you like best about mFax? User friendly, sends fax confirmation to my email - no more getting up from your desk to check the machine and find your confirmation sheet, can send fax right from my desk - no need to get up What do you dislike about mFax? Maybe an easier way to see the status of your fax once send has been pressed. A way to upload a fax coversheet. If there is a way I haven't been able to figure that out yet. "Easy to use, easy to integrate with"
What do you like best about mFax? The interface is clean and easy to use. I am also developing against the APIS and there is a rich set of apis to use. What do you dislike about mFax? The documentation could be slightly better for the fields that we use in the api. I am also not sure if there is a sandbox environment that could be used as well. What problems is mFax solving and how is that benefiting you? Love that this is HIPPA compliant.

What do you like best about mFax? It's really easy to manage my numbers and users. The interface makes it easy to find what I need and go on with my day. What do you dislike about mFax? Some of the locations for the functions are strange. But once you learn where they are it's easy enough. What problems is mFax solving and how is that benefiting you? Many of our customers still uses faxing. This lets them continue to use fax in a paperless environment.

"mFax for online faxing"
What do you like best about mFax? That you can send faxes via email instead of logging on to the portal each time. What do you dislike about mFax? That you can't import contacts from Outlook. What problems is mFax solving and how is that benefiting you? We're saving time by receiving faxes in PDF format. This way we don't have to scan and email paper faxes. We also don't have to have a physical phone line or fax machine to deploy faxing capabilities.
