"Great product, user interface, and support!"

What do you like best about mFax? The look and feel of the site is excellent. I found the software to be very easy to use and visually pleasing. This company offers monthly subscriptions, but they have a 14 day free trial where you can send/receive faxes (i think 50??). Easily and hands down the best online fax service that I have used. "Excellent way to send a fax!"

What do you like best about mFax? User friendly, sends fax confirmation to my email - no more getting up from your desk to check the machine and find your confirmation sheet, can send fax right from my desk - no need to get up What do you dislike about mFax? Maybe an easier way to see the status of your fax once send has been pressed. A way to upload a fax coversheet. If there is a way I haven't been able to figure that out yet. "So Quick, So Easy (& So Convenient!) "

What do you like best about mFax? I love the speed and ease at which I can send faxes. Just type in the number, drag and drop my files to be faxed, and hit Send. It's so quick! The web interface is easy to understand and works flawlessly. It's so easy!! And I can send faxes from anywhere (with a Wifi connection). It's so convenient! Also, customer service is top notch!! What do you dislike about mFax? I can think of nothing that I dislike about mFax! Huge fan! Recommendations to others ...

What do you like best about mFax? How I can simply re-send a fax that did not go through. What do you dislike about mFax? It is a tad slow, but that may be our network. Also need easier ability to personalize faxcover sheets. What problems is mFax solving and how is that benefiting you? I am able to re-send faxes but I cannot think of anything else other than the benefit of confidentiality when sending and receiving medical records.

What do you like best about mFax? I like how easy it is to set-up and use. I also like the ability to get the fax's by e-mail notification. What do you dislike about mFax? Sometimes the fax bridge needs to be reset, but it really doesn't happen very often. I just wish it would attempt to reset itself. Recommendations to others considering mFax: Move to internet faxing. It is still just as easy to send and receive a fax but has many more uses and it is very convenient to get a fax to your ...

This produst is easy to use and the AXACORE Adapter works with any fax machine. Recommendations to others considering mFax: Great Product from a Great Company.
